PAYMENT METHODS:
- We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DINERS, MAESTRO.
- We do NOT accept personal checks. Cash payments must be in EUROS.

When a customer decides to cancel a reservation must compensate the owner of the establishment:

- Reservations canceled 15 nights before arrival do not have costs. The amounts will be returned in full.
- Reservations canceled 14 to 7 days before date of arrival will incur a minimum of 10% of the amount of the stay.
- Cancellations made 6 days to 1 day before date of arrival will be charged at least 40% of the amount of the stay.
- Cancellations made 24 hours or less from the date of arrival or in case of no arriving, will not be refunded.
